With products in over 3,000 salons and spas internationally, BANDI Laboratories is making a new home in the United States.
BANDI, the well-established European brand, decided to move into the US market, when CEO Joanna Draniak-Kicinska realized that there was a need for quality skin care products that focused on personalization.
“While we have had great success in Europe, we wanted to bring our same values and individualized products into the United States. My team and I have been so welcomed into the community, and expect that the personalization of our products will also be a welcomed change for skin care experts and their clients.”
Joanna grew up in the beauty industry, watching and learning as her mother built a successful cosmetics company in Europe. Joanna herself spent over 15 years working for the company as she was completing her studies before moving into the role of CEO.
